Mr. Roehlig has served on Trivello’s Board of Directors for five years and as the Company’s President since October 2001. Since joining as President, Mr. Roehlig was instrumental in the re-structuring and re-organization of the Company as well as the engagement into new oil and gas exploration and development opportunities in Western Canada. He brings several years of public market experience to the Company having served as a Director for various public companies over the years. Previously to joining Trivello’s Board of Directors, Mr. Roehlig was the President of a successful building contractor.

Mr. Roberge brings extensive public company experience at the executive and board level having served as a director with a number of other Canadian and U.S. public companies.

Mr. Brown brings 28 years of domestic and international oil and gas experience to the Company and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Aston in Birmingham, United Kingdom, and a Master's degree in science from the University of London. He is a structural geologist and basin evaluator. Mr. Brown brings extensive domestic and international experience to our organization. As the former President and COO of the past operator on our Lucy Shale Gas project, he will play a valuable role in the upcoming work program on this property and the producing oil properties in Alberta.

Ms. Sheikh has extensive experience in corporate management and governance of publicly traded companies. For the past three years, Mrs. Sheikh has acted as the Company’s Corporate Secretary responsible for all aspects of this role including preparation and management of all corporate records and public filings.
