Chevrolet Spark is the re-birth of long forgotten Matiz, it was launched by General Motors in India in 2007. The car is manufactured at Halol factory, at Baroda. The small hatchback car successfully competes with the Maruti Wagon R, Zen, Alto, Swift, Tata Indica and Hyundai Santro in its segment. The compactness, striking tires, mind-blowing looks of the car is captivating. Spark is a B+ segment car that comes with ample of color choice, available with petrol and LPG versions and there are totally eight variants in India currently. The variants are priced between 3 lacs and 4.5 lacs.

Chevrolet Spark is equipped with 995 cc, SOHC new S-tech technology, 8-valve, 1.0L engine that has the capacity to deliver 63 PS maximum power at the rate of 5400 rpm and 90.3 Nm maximum torque at the ate of 4200 rpm that comes with five speed manual transmission.
